This Membership Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by The Huntsville Gym (the “Club”) and you, the undersigned client. By signing this Agreement, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read, understand, and agree to its terms. The Huntsville Gym agrees to finance your membership based on the terms below.

Renewal Terms
Month-to-month memberships automatically renew unless canceled with 30 days' written notice sent to info@thehuntsvillegym.com. Renewal rates may increase up to 5% with 30 days' notice. Paid-in-full memberships do not automatically renew; they expire.

Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk
The Huntsville Gym recommends that all members obtain a physical examination before using equipment or participating in activities. You acknowledge that there is a risk of injury or death during physical activities and agree to assume this risk voluntarily. By signing this Agreement, you release The Huntsville Gym, its officers, directors, and agents from any claims or liabilities arising from your participation.

Additional Terms
1. Club Rules: Members must follow all posted signs, notices, and any additional rules established by the Club.
2. Non-Transferable Membership: Memberships cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned without written approval.
3. Payment Obligations: Members must pay all dues as agreed unless exceptions are met:
Move over 15 miles away (requires proof; subject to a cancellation fee).
Permanent disability or death (requires physician verification).
4. Facility Closures: Memberships may be transferred to another facility within 25 miles of the closing Club.
5. Conduct: Members engaging in loud, offensive, or inappropriate behavior may be suspended or expelled without a refund.
6. Operational Hours: Club hours are subject to change.
7. Guest Policy: Guests must register, sign waivers, and pay the designated guest fee.
8. Attire: Proper workout attire and footwear are required. Open-toed shoes are not allowed.
9. Equipment Use: Members should consult fitness professionals for guidance and use a spotter when lifting heavy weights.
10. Cleanliness: Members must clean equipment after use and keep the facility tidy.
11. Solicitation: No solicitation is permitted on the premises.
12. Children: Children under 12 must be supervised; children 12+ may join with a parent/guardian's consent.

This Agreement terminates on the stated expiration date unless renewed or extended. Any unused sessions after expiration are forfeited.
